Also I wanted to let you know that I’m doing a 1/2 Marathon this Sunday. I’m not going to try to break any records, I’m going to run for 4 minutes and walk for 2 minutes. I’m just going to turn on my Ipod and enjoy myself and take in the scenary and ambience.
